As of July 2007 Rencor Development has completed 200,000+ square feet of commercial office buildings within the Phoenix Metro market.

Marshall Reynolds founded Rencor Development in 2003 with the vision of building a company that delivers high quality office buildings, at a fair price, while forming a long-standing reputation of trust.

Marshall’s development experience includes five years with The Plaza Companies as Senior Vice President, responsible for the company's medical office development. Prior to joining Plaza, Marshall held the position of Senior Vice President of Hotel Development for Ramada Inns.
At the company's inception, Rencor formed a strategic alliance with Jokake Construction Company, a premier construction company with more than 20 years experience in medical construction. This unique alliance combined Jokake’s construction knowledge, craftsmanship, and superior product with Rencor’s development expertise.
In 2006 Rencor branched out, using a wide variety of contractors and architects. Rencor Development has cultivated a knowledge to design and build quality developments.
